I understand that the full rent is due before taking over the Cottage and that if I cancel within six weeks of the start of the let I will still be liable for the full rental. I agree that the owners will not be liable for any accidents resulting from use of boats or other watersports facilities whatever the cause. I will be responsible for any damage to the property
during my occupation and I agree to leave the property clean and tidy on departure.

Administrative details:

Full bed linen is provided in all cottages but not towels and teatowels. All have feather pillows so please bring your own if you prefer manmade fibres. Please specify if you need a cot and give details of any pets coming with you. Our phone number is 01326 340630. Vodaphone reception is 100%, others a bit more variable. Electricity, oil and wood are payable as extras according to usage, but there are no other charges. Changeover day is Friday except for The Farmhouse which is Saturday. (This can sometimes be varied out of season). There is a hard tennis court at the farm but we do not provide balls or rackets. Spar in Constantine is open until 9pm each day and supplies all essentials and there is a 24 hour Tesco in Helston.
